The beginning
Inma and Inés:
two names,
one passion.
Inbay takes its name from its founders: Inma and Inés. More than 22 years ago they turned their love of baking into something real, opening a small pastry shop in Madrid's Tetuán neighbourhood.
What began as family recipes became a bakery with its own identity — a place where every product is freshly made and every visit still feels like the first.
